Tubac Car Show

Over the weekend, I attended the annual Tubac Car Show in southern Arizona. Cars were in town from all over the state and the region, though most of those from outside of Arizona were from snowbirds who spend their winters in the southwest. With around 500 cars in total, there was a range from turn of the 20th century to brand new models. Here is a selection of several cars I liked the most. Unfortunately, many cars had their hoods up, showing off engines. Apart from the DeLorean, I did not photograph anything with its hood up.

1903 Olvera

1929 Ford Model A Phaeton

1931 Franklin 153

1933 Plymouth Sedan

1939 Ford Tudor

1940 Ford Wagon

1950 DeSoto Convertible

1953 Alvis Tazi DNC

1956 Ford Country Sedan

1957 Chevrolet Nomad

1957 Oldsmobile Super 88

1958 Pontiac Chieftain

1964 Chevrolet Corvair Monza

1964 Porsche 356C

  1. the 1953 Alvis is the best and my favourite – especially since 1953 was a remarkable year….
