Not much going on by way of cars these days, though I did find an amazing 1948 Packard while collecting our Christmas tree:

Today we made our annual journey to Gresham to find and cut down a Christmas tree. This year we went to a new place (by accident) but found a nice, little tree for our apartment. Morgen named the tree Richie, in honor of the road where the tree farm is located.

Captured a few really good cars this month, though admittedly, most came from outside our neighborhood. Still amazing how many there are out there. I also included another Sterling, despite being two months shy of my 25-year rule.

A Weekend in Tubac

Morgen and I spent the weekend in Tubac and Tucson, Arizona, just north of the Mexican border. We saw the progress of construction on her parents’ new house, went on a three-hour jeep ride through the desert and generally enjoyed the warm temperatures and sunshine. Here are a few images, with explanation, of what we were up to all weekend.

Mt. Hood in Early Fall

Morgen and I went for a walk up SW Vista Avenue the other day as it was beautiful outside. As we made our way up the hill there was this quick break between houses and trees, giving us a perfect view of downtown Portland and Mt. Hood in the distance. Though the mountain is often in view, it’s rare to see the entire range surrounding it.
