A Day in Olympic and Port Angeles

To celebrate Morgen’s 26th birthday we decided to take a trip north. We drove the four hours to Port Angeles, Washington and did some hiking in Olympic National Park. Oddly, in one of the world’s wettest cities, we brought the sunshine up from Portland. But the weather was great and there was definitely rain while in the park. Tomorrow we’re taking a ferry across the Strait of Juan de Fuca to Victoria, British Columbia. It’ll be Morgen’s first foray into Canada and should be fun. But for now, here’s a quick look at our day on the Olympic Peninsula.
